Renovations for New Education Facilities

115,000 s.f. (Campus of buildings)

Salina, Kansas

Transforming portions of an old Air Force Base into a campus of high-tech industrial teaching centers with new classrooms and shop facilities was accomplished with this project. This included removing worn-out shops, relocating departments, and constructing facilities which embrace technological advancements in Auto Body, Diesel Repair, Computer-Aided Drafting, Mechanics, Refrigeration, and Construction Trades.

The Campus now presents a high-tech, bright, industrial image, providing staff and students with a sense of pride and identity. The work involved master planning, site utility relocation and reconstruction, site development, new infrastructure, building demolition, specialized systems, labs, shops, training, offices, classrooms, and the latest computer technology.
