This new bank operations facility is located in a new development of over 50 acres, in which we were also responsible for the Master Planning and Design. The building was designed with state-of-the-art teleconferencing, AV systems, Security and Computer technology. It also has a generator facility that can provide the entire facility with back-up electricity to keep operations functional during a wide-spread electrical outage. A distinguishable feature of the exterior is its 25-foot long glass canopy with large round stone columns.
Building Program: Training Classroom for up to 240 people, 2 small classrooms for up to 30 people, 13 different departments with their own offices, cubicles & open work area: information services, electrical services, security, training, deposit operations, item processing, imaging, collections, loan operations, marketing, call center, retail services, and finance. Reception with waiting area and neighboring work area, 10 small conference rooms for up to 10 people, 1 larger conference room for up to 25 people, Over 60 individual offices, work rooms at each level, shop area, stock room, lunch and break areas on all 4 levels, delivery and mail room, storage areas on all 4 levels, men’s and women’s restrooms on all 4 levels with showers in the basement level, mechanical and electrical rooms, 2 elevators with equipment rooms, 3 interior stairs.
